The Rock Dwayne Johnson is a WWE player who started his career in Hollywood and became a hero of both action and comedy films. He has a popular daily routine of getting up at 4 am and doing cardio exercises for 50 minutes before breakfast and then going to the gym for an hour.

The Second Day
- Leg Extensions 4 sets | 25 lift.
- Seated Leg Presses 4 sets | 50 lift.
- Weighted Walking Lunges 4 Packs | 20 raises for each man.
- Squat – Hack Squat Machine 4 sets | 20 lift.
- Romanian Deadlifts 4 sets | 12 lift.
- Lying Leg Curls Assembly 4 Sets | 12 lift.
- Quail on the Smith Machine Calf Raises, 5 sets | 75 lift.
- Seated Calf Raises 5 sets | 50 lifts
The Third Day
- Pullups Wide Grip, 4 sets | 50 lift or even overheating.
- One Arm Dumbbell Rows (heavier weight per set) 4 sets | 12, 10, 8, 8.
- Hammer Strength Two Arm Row Side Hammer Pull 4 sets | 10 lift.
- Close Grip Lat Pull downs 3 sets | 12 lift.
- Seated Pulley Cable Rows 3 sets | 12 lift.
- Over + Rope Pullovers + Rope High Row 3 sets | 15 lift.
- Dumbbell Shrugs 4 sets | 15 lift.
The Rock Steroids
